Pondering, that strange place that's neither here or there.

Got a "please join my network" request on LinkedIn from the ex Mrs Tel.

Haven't seen her or spoken with her for 35 years!

That's a lot of maintenance. Is there a "user deceased" option?

Got my car back.   However, an hour before its arrival I got a call from the garage asking 'was  the engine management light on before the accident?    cussing: They have reset it now but what did the quality check list check for ?
It's better than I ever even knew.  They say that the world was built for two.  Only worth living if somebody is loving you.  Baby now you do.

I too have much to do (no roofing) but was trying to see GP ..... First appointment available is on Wednesday.  Banghead

 happy100

I had an  urgent (apparently) phone consultation with one of my GP on Friday following advice from a consultant that I saw on Wednesday.

She is one of the younger GP's at the surgery and is fairly on the ball. The conversation was regarding angina. She gave me sound advice regarding when to call 999 she advised doubling one of the medications that I am already on, she also advised me on the aide effects that I might and have suffered.

As my blood pressure had been taken and was OK at the hospital and as I monitor my own blood pressure on a regular basis, having given me the advice that she had,  she was happy for me to stay at home as long as I got to the surgery today to see one of them.

I called the surgery this morning and there were no appointments available. As I am not dead (as far as I know) I will try again on the morrow. Banghead

I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
