Clearly the newspaper are fulfilling their quotas
Our Personnel Dept once employed a bloke to be the evening receptionist and security guard at a Rank Xerox site.
He could not say Xerox (Pronounced Zerox) but insisted on announcing the place as X Rocks .... it didn't please the client much .... nor did the fact that he was deaf.
Now I'm all for giving those with a handicap a chance but if you know they are going to have to answer the phone perhaps a little thought as to their particular problems might not go amiss.
