Thanks Miss C, laughing out loud here...   noooo:   I don't know whether to laugh or cry over the letters I am being bombarded with from the Solicitors authorised by the Car Insurance to negotiate the claim for the accident with my car.  They send packs and packs of information to himself and me separately and even though they keep us talking for hours on at least 2 occasions individually do they get any of the information on the form correct?   No!

They have offered a settlement figure to himself who was driving but I have yet to hear whether I am to get the £300 excess back that I have had to pay out and I am the owner of the car which is insured by me.

.... AND why, if everything else has to be done on-line why can't I fill out the forms on-line myself to ensure accuracy and efficiency.  Oh no this all has to be done in block capitals and with a black fffffffffiiiiiinnnnngggg pen and by snail mail!
It's better than I ever even knew.  They say that the world was built for two.  Only worth living if somebody is loving you.  Baby now you do.
