Haven't been to Rochester for over 20 years but it was always the classier of the Medway towns.  Has some historical interest.  Have had to drive through Chatham to get to Gillingham a few times in the last year.  So so depressing.
Well, whatever, nevermind

A low cloud has descended on the M25. But the missus is pointing the 350Z at Surrey at 99 mph. Whilst eating a cheese and onion pasty.

Oh dear ...   shutup:  only in Nick world could this happen. The chap books 2 different hotels for 2 consecutive nights but in different locations. Goes to check in last night at... guess where? ... tonight's hotel  ;D
He's lost in the nu-transport complexity East of London ... with no wi-fi and a heavy suitcase.

Meanwhile, why does it feel like Friday where I am?   rubschin:

NickSick This morning, Mr C son and I collected by UKIP chairman, travel to Sheffield Town Hall complete with cameras ans thermometers to make a small protest about the money wasted by SCC heating the building.

Temperatures in the foyer with opening and closing front doors, freezing fog outside 25 degrees.  We were told by the doorman that the thermostat to regulate the temperature was actually outside. noooo:

From there onto a factory tour. V interesting, home.

Son manages to get hold of parter on phone, tears, talking, planning.

B and Q home to food cooked in halogen oven. cloud9: That worked.  Now calming son down drinking large glass of wine calming son down and trying to chill out whilst watching QT.

I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
