Nicola is very good, brilliant with the injections and saving toofery.  She also has free WiFi in the waiting room and a map of the world on the ceiling so you can gaze and imagine far away places while the drilling's going on.

Don't think she's going to be pleased that I broke this tooth though.  On a bleeding Tic Tac of all things
