I am one very proud grandma tonight my grandaughter is presenting her first ever radio show she is 15 next month and has wanted to work in radio for years... She has worked very hard for 6 months training for tonight....

Go Parkie (Rebecca) Go    cloud9:

TBH we both have the same mental age  redface: She is mature ... Thumbs:

 Excellent, you have every right to be proud.

Can I second that Boogywoogy?

Doesn't it make you feel just SSSSSSSSSSSSO good seeing your 'flock' doing so well, especially when all you norrmally hear is bad and negative things about todays youngsters?
There are many many excellent ones out there, just a minority (large all the same sadly) that spoli it for everyone else.

Oh noes the pool is slightly warmer 35 degrees but it will be three more sessions of phisio and exercises in water with a view to increase mobility. I know that it might sound like an easy ride but it really isn't.  The pressure that was taken off of my spine just by hanging in the water was wonderful. cloud9:

I could have stayed there all day but they chucked me out.  sad32:

I have to say that I was slightly embarrassed by the fact that as I was getting into me cossie just after I arrived I had a somewhat profuse nose bleed and made the place somewhat untidy for a while. redface:

Good grief if I had cider now I would prolly keel over.
