Isn't that just a bubble bath on the NHS? rubschin:

Oh noes the pool is slightly warmer 35 degrees but it will be three more sessions of phisio and exercises in water with a view to increase mobility. I know that it might sound like an easy ride but it really isn't.  The pressure that was taken off of my spine just by hanging in the water was wonderful. cloud9:

I could have stayed there all day but they chucked me out.  sad32:

I have to say that I was slightly embarrassed by the fact that as I was getting into me cossie just after I arrived I had a somewhat profuse nose bleed and made the place somewhat untidy for a while. redface:

Good grief if I had cider now I would prolly keel over.

Got home sat down switched my puter on waiting for it to boot up and fell asleep for 45mins feel much better tho... cloud9:

I just wanted to thank you all for your good wishes to Rebecca and myself last night (not that I did anything but listen and taxi a couple of times)..
She did really well last nights show was recorded on Sunday but going forward it will be live  scared2:
