Did an endorse-a-thon on LinkedIn earlier but is there any point? 
Not anymore imho.
I mainly used LinkedIn to help old work colleagues by endorsing them (a fair number being made redundant) for skills I knew they have. But every now and then I get endorsed for something I never have done presumably so I'll back endorse them for brain surgery or something else I've never heard of them doing. Sorry don't play that game.
And as for LinkedIn itself with their bastard link to Hotmail that effs up you calendar forever and the endless emails asking me to congratulate people for sod all it's just crap.
That said if anyone is looking for a job then make sure you have a good LinkedIn in profile as we always used to look up prospective interviewees.
