I have just completed the application for my own job - 8 frickin pages of pure, top quality BS incorporating my new values and behviours that we 'enable' me in this organisation  Banghead

Interviews in 2 weeks . When you will get told the next day if you have a job or not.

If you are successful you will then be expected to interview 90 others in bands below you to make half of them redundant  Banghead
