The Derby Arms, Epsom Downs. Full of apprentice jockeys. I feel like a giant. And all of them are thick Micks. Whistling "The Sash" has not gone down well, I may have my kneecaps bitten...
I have just completed the application for my own job - 8 frickin pages of pure, top quality BS incorporating my new values and behviours that we 'enable' me in this organisation Interviews in 2 weeks . When you will get told the next day if you have a job or not. If you are successful you will then be expected to interview 90 others in bands below you to make half of them redundant

Makes a change from the Premier Inn. All well so far and the bed is mahoosive Could fit three comfortably and four on a good day
