House clearing again.  Top tip: never do house clearing for someone who's still alive,  It at least trebles the amount of work,

Anyway we have finally got it able to be put on the market.  Still lots to do and I will now have a ton of stuff in my loft in the category of "no one wants, has no value but we couldn't tell her it had gone to the tip"

Time for another beer
