It's a whole stack of drumsticks that will get marinaded in some sort of gunk. Yes even chickens will be legless
Try this, pretty simple recipe that a bunch of us came up with (while more than a little bladdered) after 'sampling' a few bottles of tequila. We did it with chicken breasts but should work just as well with drumsticks.
1 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup tequila
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
2 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeņo chilies
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix ingredients in bowl. Add chicken; turn to coat. Cover; chill overnight.
Prepare barbecue (medium heat).
Brush grill rack with oil.
Grill chicken until cooked through, turning occasionally for about 18 minutes.
