Lunch at the ICA  cloud9:  Mind you, she is presently standing on her head in the garden ::)

That's the Nick effect for you...  rubschin:

Off to find my car ... Thumbs:

Translation, off to nab one of the abandoned cars nearby...  rubschin:

Unexpected day off today, was expecting it to be busy as hell as the weather is bleedin awful but there has been a power cut in town. The cellar has power, the bar has lights but as for the rest bugger all.
A day off when the weather is awful  noooo:

please tell me you still get paid

I spoke too soon, was called back in not long after I posted that. Power was up and down faster than a Kardashian's G-string and given the mealy mouthed responses from the power company I'm not convinced things are going to be any better tomorrow. Banghead

It's not even a full power cut, parts of the buildings in that part of the main street are affected but the explanations we are getting from the power company would have meant it was a total power cut. Hell each time the power goes off you get different things going down.  Banghead

We have decided that lunch tomorrow will be a BBQ fuelled by the bodies of the gormless engineers who can neither fix the problem nor give us a straight answer as to what is the cause.  eveilgrin:

3 quid BBQ... Thumbs:

Today I will be painting the fence and the wooden garden furniture. Later on though, cos manual work in the midday sun is stoooooopid. Isn't it BM?
