I had the owld Sierra valeted yesterday cos Miss I said he was a disgrace. He is all clean and sparkly now

More clearing stuff in this heat, the TO DO list says the 'junk room' has to be cleared today and a car full of junk has to go to the tip.  Something will go wrong, I know not what.

Today I will mainly be going to the wrong concert in arguably the wrong place

Well it turned out to be most excellent even if it was the RPO playing Elmer Bernstein and not Leonard Bernstein as Mrs K thought she was booking.

This was excellent.  Always good watching a serious orchestra playing accessible pieces and film music is always such.  John Landis did several amusing turns introducing the pieces and we got many including Magnificent Seven, Werewolf in London and as a finale The Great Escape
