And it won’t get better before it gets a lot worse

Everyone knows LA budgets are a lost cause outside of a very few wealthy areas and they will keep picking on the staff when really there are only two solutions

- renege on their statutary obligations to the poor, sick and elderly
or
- kill all the poor, sick and elderly

And the latter is only a variant of the first

So you have my utmost sympathy but not much hope offered.  Soz
