The try not to laugh moment was when lad tried to give an example of exemplorary customer service. He described a scenario where he worked in some posh shop in Knightsbridge which had 5 or 6 steps going up. Some VIP turned up in a wheelchair and he said proudly that he used his iniative. He got a builders plank from across the road and tilted her sideways to push her up the plank on the left hand side wheels
