Dear contractor Dev team,
I would like to introduce you to an advanced programming concept called release notes. These are documents that you send out to the end user whenever you make a change to the program outlying what you have done so that the users (us) can then let you know when you cock something up (yes I meant to use when instead of if as your performance so far has left more than a little to be desired.)
On the subject of patches, hotfixes and updates can you explain why you keep pushing these through when we are in peak sales periods. You have access to the same data that we do so even an idiot should be able to see that changing the update time would be a very good idea.
Oh and can we have the missing functions you seem to have 'accidentally' killed returned please. At the very least if you are going to start making sweeping changes like that then visit the sites and talk to the end users and find out what we actually want before blundering forward as you continuously do and the less said about what you did to the performance monitor the better...
Yours,
A horde of narked off end users.
