Cape town Day Ten

Up early to an even more beautiful (but windy) day and another 6Km walk along the beach.

Then off to the Kakonkop Winery for and excellent and informative wine tasting.

Then to the beautiful Boschendal winery for another wine tasting and then a wonderful picnic lunch in the gardens.

Then a quick call into Wooolworth on the way home to buy Sushi for supper...


Day Ten

Up early to an even more beautiful (but windy) day and another 6Km walk along the beach.

Then off to the Kakonkop Winery for and excellent and informative wine tasting.

Then to the beautiful Boschendal winery for another wine tasting and then a wonderful picnic lunch in the gardens.

Then a quick call into Wooolworth on the way home to buy Sushi for supper...

Except for being put off Pinotage for a while

If only Woollies here had gone like that (and in Oz)

So have you drunk all you've bought or are you checking in a huge wine filled trunk as excess baggage

Then off to Cape Point via Cecil Rhodes’ house at Muizenberg, Simon’s Town, Boulder’s Beach for Pengins…

Then after Cape point to Hout Bay for a trip to Seal Island and then a fabulous dinner before heading home...

But one thing mystefies me.  If Cecil Rhodes was so smart how come he chose to have a portrait painted of him straining for a dump out in the Veld.  Surely he had better moments
