Get straight to the front of the queue in the post office and a loud English voice behind me says, "Excuse me!There is a queue, there are other people waiting you know!"

So I say, "I'm sorry, I thought you were queuing for the customs people, please go in front of me"... ::)

The guy gets to the desk and the woman says, "Wrong queue, the customs queue is over there"
