And the man has arrived 30 mins early after 45 minute drive and sorted the wobbly tap in about 5 minutes and now gone on his 45 minute drive back

Nope, free to us

Tap came loose about 6 months ago so we told the people who charged us a prince's ransom for the kitchen fitting and they tried to say it was not their issue because it supposedly was plumbing

I could have fixed it in about an hour with lots of swear words and skinned knuckles but it became a point of principle.  Kitchen fitters finally conceded last week
