Get signed off but then always quote the possibility of relapse as an excuse to get you outta doing stuff  :thumbsup:

Well on that front it was worserer than worserer.  Apparently I am now OK enough to do ironing and hoovering - well we'll see about that - but not to go 10 pin bowling

Now onto 6 monthly checks, likely for years
