[nosey parker mode] so is this to live in or an investment to rent out or just need more cupboard space for gadgets?   [mode]

Good question...

I have to move out of this place in April...

So the new apartment gives the options of: -

1) Living in it from about October - saving monthly rental
2) Giving it a coat of paint and knocking it out at a profit
3) Renting it out long-term (a year at a time) for ~€700 per month
4) Renting it out for holibobs during the season for ~€800 per week

1) being most likely at the moment but it will depend on what happens to our other place when our renter leaves in April...

I couldn't cope.  Moving house is a huge stress in itself and then there's having to memorise a whole different walk back from the pub

 lol: lol: lol:

I'm actually looking forward to the project however it turns out...   inane:

Move to Pissouri ...you say ........ rubschin:

Yes, move next door... ::)

:thumbsup:

Tesco's do a Chilean Malbec for £4.50 and that's not good.  French Malbecs are less than brilliant but imho a proper Mendoza one is reliably good (but getting pricey nowadays)
