In the meantime I am trying to sort out a Virgin Experience voucher and failing desperately not to laugh at the phrase

A virgin experience eh...?  rubschin:
One of these https://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/triple-supercar-driving-experience-at-goodwood-motor-circuit-sp1

Oh...  ::)
What's wrong with them, they're good fun once in a while.  Did one a few years back and didn't do either the Lambo or Ferrari so have never driven one of those (did do the McLaren).  Wasn't Goodwood either and this time it will be

 Thumbs:

Need helmet cam ....... rubschin:

For the virgin experience?  redface:

Years ago ..there used to do "Track Days" at Brands Hatch ..this envolved being able to take your own car round with other petrol heads ..all you needed was a crash helmet ...

We used to go just to watch some idiots in their pride n joy ..spinning off into the crash barriers /each other .... eveilgrin:

Best entertainment ever ..watching "grown " men crying.. they were not insured ...the local tow truck company used to park up and wait .. Thumbs:

 eveilgrin:

used to do track days on the motorbike... Luckily never came off...

Apparently at the Nurburgring they make you pay for barrier repair and lost track time if you stuff your beloved car.

As for helmet cam I expect will be same as last time (and at Merc World), they have the cam already there for you and you get the video.  Actually they're a bit boring

Well, whatever, nevermind

Two days in London. Trains, accommodation in lovely Notting Hill, Christmas lights on Oxford Street and Regent St,  trip to see an ASTOUNDING production of Death of a Salesman, dinner with a pal afterwards (who is in the play) as he came off stage with masses of good advice on finding theatrical work + entertaining tales of his mate Michael Caine, taxi home, breakfast, Tube to Euston.

The Boy's response? A text saying, "Can you buy me a car?"  BLOODY KIDS

I'm torn between which of these responses I recommend you should give

a) "Fuck off"

b) "Go earn some money and buy one yourself"

c) "Fuck off and earn some money and buy one yourself"

You do realise if he gets one who he'll expect to pay for the insurance don't you
Well, whatever, nevermind
