Tis a long time since I was up-to-date!  lol:

I was halfway through putting an extension socket into the new extension and I chose to: -

1) Drill through brick rather than reinforced concrete which meant routing the cable outside.
2) Use 1˝mm cable for smaller holes and conduit as I'm only ever going to have a mesh WiFi point plugged into it...

He was unimpressed on both points....  redface:

Well, it still runs outside but thicker cable...  ;)

So if I ever want to replace the WiFi point with several electric fires I'll be fine...  lol:

My neighbour wired his whole garage himself and powered it from 3 Amp cable to a plug he plugged into his house via a hole in his wall.  Then he powered his pool pump similar way and the earths weren't properly connected.  When new neighbours moved in they were getting electric shocks but probably more shocked by the bill to fix it all

I got a proper sparky to install that armoured stuff for wiring to our pond area but jeez is it a bastard to work with so I'm not convinced what I have added at the other end is up to spec.  No stickers for Steve

Why don't they do solar powered mesh WiFi?

Both teams yelled "Pickled Onions" and were awarded points

Nod then said this was not true and claimed it was kippers.

This led to an argument about whether kippers could be classified as a snack

Effectively Nod got an answer wrong about his own life  noooo: noooo:
