Well that's the soup made and in the man pot. Should be a few days worth once it's finished.  cloud9:

What type ...... rubschin:

Playing around with that Peel a Pound recipe.

3/4 small white cabbage roughly chopped
3 chopped red onions
2 chopped celery
3 chopped bell peppers
2 tins chopped tomatoes
half a teaspoon of dried paprika
1 veg stock pod
Enough water to not quite cover them in the pot.

It is but I'm seeing how well this version works on it's own then I can always use it as a base and just add wine and meat. I'm thinking of swapping the white cabbage for red and then adding shiraz and chorizo, malbec mushrooms and beef or possibly merlot and some kind of fish...  rubschin:

Meh, the old bugger is happiest when he has something to complain about.  whistle:

For some reason Youtube keeps adding in recipes from Townsends to my playlist, it's all stuff from the 17 and 1800's but some of it looks like it could be fun to play around with. rubschin:

Nope, it's about what I've been doing so far today...  whistle:
