Thank all the feckity fecks it is Friday  surrender:

Week from hell

Director forced into early retirement because she had a grievance lodged against her by 2 despicable people and because of the politics she has got to go.

This place is being turned into some kind of ridiculous cult where you are not allowed to say what you think , express any negativity or god forbid, upset someone!!

The mantra is you have to start every conversation with  asking your employee how they are feeling !!! Oh FFS

So I have had to have a poor performance meeting with a member of the team this week . You have to start by asking them how they are feeling   noooo: You then get the usual 10 minutes of woe is me  ( e.g. their brother's father in law has dies and it has upset the whole family etc etc etc ) noooo:

Express the usual sympathies ask if they need any assistance / support from the sources available etc and then go back to the focus of the meeting - why the feck aren't you doing what you are supposed to ???

So they get up and say they find the conversation isn't  helping their health and well being today and they walk out. That apparently is acceptable !!!

Had a major fall out with another manager who has turned into the most patronising , self serving witch ever - and she was one of 'the girls' previously . So that is going to be a bit awkward  lol:

I'd better be brought back to work next month, because I really can't be doing this furlough shite much longer. But seeing as we only had 4 flights today, I fear it will be longer.
