On that there Facebook thingy we have a local freebies group for people to give away all sorts of tat that they would otherwise have to take to the tip. Most stuff is grabbed up immediately Anyways some wumman posted on there this morning if anyone had a christmas tree, decorations and outside lighting that they no longer wanted However the bloody cheek of it worked. An hour later she had everything she needed from a number of good samaritans
Taking LL to get an MRI and as I won't be allowed in the horsepickle, taking Kia-Ora to have a warning light investigated while she is there......LL has to have a Covid test before the MRI, I've asked her how she is going to get home if she is positive...?
Why do I think she was cheeky is that what you mean ? Cos I think if you were desperately in need, and couldn't afford your own, you would just ask for a tree and decs - asking for outside lights is taking the piss .

Xmas...?'

Bizarrely, LL tested negative and was admitted to the MRI department while I walked into the horsepickle without so much as a temperature test and spent all afternoon ...in the MRI department... She had an MRI on one foot and was then chucked out for an urgent case from ICU... We are going back tomorrow for the other leg... She doesn't need a Covid test because she had one today and I don't need one because... err... reasons...
