Thanks hun ...yes going to be a tough one. But on the plus side he is going to a private hospital and may have his own room etc ...which in a world without Covid would not be happening on the NHS.

We have to be there by 7 am    but then after that I will not be able to visit until he is discharged. He is looking forward to the peace and quiet 

As for a bowel thread would there be much appetite for that ?

Went to Mall ..saw 2 people we knew ..BOTH getting divorced (2 separate couples )..
 

I admit I'm half expecting divorce rates to skyrocket as lockdowns end.

Private room is an most excellent plan for the man.  When I had me kidney Op the Op was NHS but I could buy use of a private room for some sort of junior king's ransom and jeez does it help relax and recover.   And you might not be able to visit but you'll be able to video call etc.  These things matter
