As for the World Garden, it's quirky but we really enjoyed it.  And then spent £50 on plants.

When we moved to Swanley in 1955 it was proper country.  Fields to play football in, woods to go scrumping in and the smell of the pig farm would strip wallpaper for a few days each year.  It's just a dump of houses and more houses in the corner of two motorways now.
