We've been doing 11/12 flights per day on certain days of the week for about a month now, so it's no great uplift. Interesting that there are still lots on furlough and yet we've employed a number of agency staff...

True but you are applying logic to senior management, from past experience that doesn't tend to end well. As far as the agency staff are concerned I'm going to guess they are pulling the same trick BT did back when I worked for them as they could get agency staff for half the wage cost.
