Had a text from NHS yesterday that says I could bring forward my 2nd jab. Looked at locations near to me - no availability . Slightly further away could get an appointment today .

Went at lunchtime - I was the only one there  eeek:

I don't know what is worse, the reported reluctance of many younger folk to get vaccinated (presumably they thilnk they are invlunerable) or the weird myths and legends in the so called BAME areas. It is no surprise that the vax rates are lower in Burnley, Leicester, Bradford and so on.

As the vax moves down the age range I can see many of the  yoof, Asian or otherwise, not bothering or actively resisting. Maybe we should ask them to give back their TB, MMR and Polio immunity  noooo:

Bear in mind there is also a bloody irritating glitch within the booking system that is stopping some people from booking their jabs.  Banghead

The thing that will affect the yoof is the likely limitation of them to be able to go on hols abroad without being jabbed , or paying for tests etc.

In the meantime, I am not going into pubs, restaurants etc as, even though fully vaccinated, the kids here (under 30) are shouting and breathing in them.

Miss I is still koffing. I can think of little else but her chest  angel1

Coincidentally just loaded the NHS App to get my Covid passport.

As for people not getting vaccinated because of what they've heard from other Asians or the Republican party or they just can't be arsed then fuck em.  If employers won't let them work because of the fecklessness then don't pay them benefits either and make them stay indoors until the pandemic is really over.  They're effin up other people's lives, jobs and the economy
Well, whatever, nevermind
