It was a cool event actually, we knew when they were coming and where they were going but not exactly where they would arrive from. Pretty much the whole village turned out with cameras and the local FaceArse site is now awash with some excellent pictures and video.

Grumpy is not happy with Murphy.

It's opening day for the new Bond film and one of the things we have to do is check the screens to make sure everything is working and no little shit is pirating whatever film is showing.

I have to check 3 screens

First one: No problem

Second one: No problem

Third one: After checking the sound and temp I look at the screen only to realise I'm watching the end of No Time to Die.  Banghead

Bit of an anxious journey.  It's 153 miles there and 153 miles back and the car said only 304 miles in the tank.  Then it decremented that at 15 miles for every 10 we were doing but finally after 110 miles we found a queue that led to 5 gallons of fuel.  And after that station after station open, with fuel and no queues

Seems it's a London and the South East thing these fuel shortages
