Just a suggestion but I'm guessing that the store has a website with an email contact. So follow their advice, send an email to JVC customer support explaining that you first tried getting support at the store but the staff were unhelpful and extremely rude and it was clear your only option was going to be to contact them directly. Copy the store in on the email and then wait for the fallout.  eveilgrin:
