Seems the management fucked up big time with (not) putting in place Covid measure so the Union predictably over reacted back and it's been impasse for over a year over handling paper inputs - and some things have to be by paper. And all the gubberment do is say 'online is working' and the even more irrelevant 'vaccine rollout' (which actually isn't going well)
