Going to deliver furniture to The Brat - she is 'redecorating' . Did I say she was doing this ??? Then lunch with the Man's brother and sister in law . They were flooded out by the storms last July ( they live in Maida Vale) . 9 months later have only just got back into their flat and it appears the contractors the insurance company have appointed have completely ballsed it up. Flooring has to come back up to replace pipework. They will be homeless again....I fear lunch may not be so merry Then back home to try and get fence and garden finished before neighbour returns from holiday tomorrow. We had a couple of fence panels that had come down in the storms and the fella next door is a bit useless. He is also a fruitbat and has a gazillion trees in his garden as he says they cleanse the air . He cuts nothing back as he believes the souls of the trees are at the top Anyways we have had nearly a week of free access into their garden and general butchery of all stuff that may be 'vaguely ' overhanging on our side ...oh and fixing the fence We also got to see the gorgeous pond he has created. The old sea shell lid of a sand pit that he actually took the time to sink into his concrete patio ...is surrounded by little fairy houses , a compulsory buddha , a toy zebra on the sea shells surrounding it etc . Sure signs of a serial killer

Going to the beach...
FINALLY!Got my driving licence back. Been for a drive (first time in over 18 months ) to fill up. Two things I noticed, the cost of petrol is eyewatering and the road surface has deteriorated. Reversing back into my driveway was nerve wracking.
