Been chasing a Potter Wasp around the apartment which seemed determined to make a nest in my Bouzouki the little bastard... Finally managed a satisfying THWACK with a fly swat...  eveilgrin:

Dealing with mongs ....we are now in silly season for weddings ....so what would help is that if every single TUI rep would call us either 9am or when we are busy doing e-mails ..."just to check you have a booking for us " ... Banghead   Angry9:...

We have multiple bookings per day for them .... noooo:

How about none of the Reps that care so much DON'T turn their phones off at 6pm .....coz there are NEVER any problems after that time .. ::) ::)....
