We do!

And people that work in UK-based businesses or on the British Bases (teachers, etc.) get the UK holidays too!

We have all been told no more working from home for us  evil:

Some beautiful genius has buggered all the lifts in our building  on Friday. We are on the 15th floor and even the committed smokers gave up needing a darg after the 2nd time they had to do the stairs  lol:

SO for elf and safety reasons we have to work from home this week . noooo:

Except this numpty has arranged to meet mates in town twice this week so have to go in anyway...that is tres annoying !!

noooo:

It's a long story.  If you have a fish pond round here then it becomes a heron magnet and in a trice a 'once had fish' pond.  So around our elevated pond I put a set of angled rods to carry (heron safe - another story) wire in two strands. But because you can't buy the proper rods anymore I used electrical grommets in pairs to hold the wires at the right distance from the pond edge.  It works a treat.

And then the deer flattened it drinking from the pond and then some of the rods rusted a bit and the deer broke them.  So I need to replace most of them and the old grommets have perished a bit.  Hence needed new grommets for £3 for a hundred + £7 delivery  eeek: eeek: evil:

Just not sure now how I'm actually going to put in new rods without dismantling the top of the pond

Well, whatever, nevermind
