I popped into a corner supermarket  on the way home to get some basic supplies. I came out with a completely random selection of stuff including Radox and goat cheese.

Why? The entire Finnish national young ladies hockey team were in there clad in Lycra…..

I had a similar experience last week at the local Sports and Leisure Centre when I encountered a team of young netball players. I just felt old.  noooo:

Saw my old pal Keith for the first time in 50 years

We chatted about old friends. He asked about Mick Skinner

I pointed out that the bench he was sitting on had a plaque on it "For our old friend Mick Skinner 1955 - 2012" eeek:

He sat somewhere else

Just back from Quackter, all good... Boot gone, walk with two sticks for the next week and then one stick for another week, no need to have physio and can start swimming next week...
