Travel insurance??
Hopefully will cover some of it. Heathrow just let me extend our car parking for 2 days for free but it's going to be longer than that. I somehow doubt the insurance will cover too many extra days in good room in a Sydney centre hotel.
Had to order room service for din dins and they quietly left it outside the door and got reception to phone us. Don't think there's a plague symbol painted on the door yet.
