Things I learned today: It is stupidly optimistic to think I could easily move from an evening/night based job to one where I'm now getting up a couple of hours after when I've been able to get to sleep for the last few years. Add to that having to sit in a very warm office instead of moving around like a hyperactive jackrabbit and there was only one way this was going to end.
