I'd have to admit I know how to work it if I did that.  And that would never do.

FWIW we're glad we've seen Guernsey but we'd have been kicking our heels a bit if we'd had the full 3 nights there.  Lovely people, pleasant sights and great food and hotel but at the end of the day it's only 25 sq miles with little reason to exist anymore apart from tourism and tax free finance houses.

This week there has been loads of military planes and helicopters flying about …British ones …   are “we” about to invade somewhere ..?..?

Two Hercules just rumbled over now …

Awesome plane for its time the Herc but I think you'll find they were the much bigger A400s.  We haven't got any Hercs anymore.

And what BM said with that  , Humanitarian purposes my arse.  Restocking with missiles for taking out Iranian drones far more likely.

A400s fly into RAF Akrotiri...

Apey is much more likely to have seen the Hercs flying in and out of Pafos - I think they are RCAF... Also a regular procession of C-17 Globemasters on finals over our village into Pafos....

IIRC the Yanks still fly them too.

No, looked like an AV8B but when I zoom in the engine and undercarriage configuration says WAY different.  It looks like a C-17 front on a 777 back - weird
