Christmas Lunch in my favourite pub in honour of Nod’s birthday (his treat   eeek:) with the Vicar’s Daughter and her psychologist husband. He could get a book out of Nod.

What can possibly go wrong?
Popcorn:
Well, whatever, nevermind

Big Bash cricket was fun and a bigger crowd than this pic would suggest

I went to see the Ozzie Roolz there!  Thumbs:

If I were ever in Sydney again (and never say never) I'd definitely go again and I believe Mrs K would too - just probably not make it last night of the holiday.  The whole thing was just so well packaged.  A 20-20 game is always interesting and at just over 3 hours doesn't get boring especially with all the information on the screen and loads of added entertainment very much aimed at all and not just blokery.  We got free travel to within 300 yards of the entrance, could order food and drink at our seats and there was a free fridge every 4 seats to put them in - and we were only in mid range seats.

I was sitting here ^^^ Don't remember ordering at the seat (or fridges) but it was cool to buy beer and food with no hassle... Lovely crowd...

I'd definitely go back for another game if I visit again... A 20-20 game would be goood too...  rubschin:
More on the fridges:  just looked at the match highlights on Sky and the crowd shots show fridges only in the middle level of seats.  The Brewongle level 4 DELUX 10 area to be exact.  Seems these are so called open boxes for VIP packages for sell out sports like Ozzie rules but open to anyone to buy for Big Bash cricket

Well, whatever, nevermind
