Fixing a leak then installing a cat flap for Smudger...::)

One of those cyber ones that reads the chip and keeps non Smudger's out?

Yes!  ;D

In a stud wall... If it hadn't have been for my new Multitool I'd have been stuck...  cloud9:
   I can't believe some people still install non chip ones and let every cat in the neighbourhood in.  A couple we knew even had juvenile badgers getting in to steal the food.

Does a Multitool do what a Rotozip (spiral saw) does?  I've probably used it less than 10 times in 20 years but wow does it do a job.  Wasted on me.

Well, whatever, nevermind

No, it is the one with the oscillating blade...

Brilliant, in fact it would have been difficult to do the job without it... Dangerous tho, the blade looks so benign until you see it ripping through stuff...  scared2:

Oh wow!

Not sure it'd do what a Rotozip does though - and that's equally dangerous

Tried to do some fine cutting using my extremely rarely used Dremel yesterday - total failure.  My 40 year old large hacksaw did it though.
Well, whatever, nevermind

Dremels are over-rated IMHO... I have two...  redface:

I've had it over 25 years and used it twice - but it was a present so no money wasted - well except for the mini blades I bought for it.  If I was some sort of modeller it might be useful.
Well, whatever, nevermind

The Rotozip is like a jigsaw but so so much easier as you can turn sharp corners and 'draw' any shape.  You drill a hole, stick the spiral blade on and you just cut the shape you want.  Brilliant for putting extra electric sockets in dry walls

Fixing Zebra Blinds, Ceiling Fans and IKEA stuff in Pafos...

Loaded up the car with all my tools and stuff (not the Dremel), got to DIY centre to collect ceiling fans, opened the boot and my mahoosive jar of rawplugs fell out and smashed...  cussing:

Anyhoo... two ceiling fans fitted, three Zebra Blinds fitted, three lampshades and a load of IKEA stuff built...  cloud9:
