Best keep away from Skool Growler .... I went along for a ruck with the Headteacher and ended up home educating two boys  ;)

The THW won't tell either her mother or me of anything that happens at skool because she says "You don't understand ~ I don't want you there showing me up, even if you do think you are defending me against unjust treatment ~ I'd rather be treated unfairly".

So I now let her get on with it. Her problem, maybe she'll learn to handle it better if I do keep out.

I do know that if I had run home and complained about the things that seem to upset her my Dad would have given me a clout for "letting the family down".

Think on lad. Best you keep out is my advice.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I CANNOT, and WILL NOT tolerate injustice, especially when it concerns my kids. It really gets me steaming it does, and all because of CAKE!!!

Give me bloody strength.  noooo:
Wouldn't mind, but it was ME that started all this with a bit of jovial banter at the parents evening with the teacher concerned just 3 weeks ago. I totally misjudged her obviously, and now the Mini Moose is on the receiving end of her fury. I'm absolutely bloody livid about it.

Mini Moose has enough on her plate with the GCSE's without all this shit. cussing:

Pray explain about this cake related  problem

It's a storm in a teaacup. ::)

I asked Mini Moose to tell her 'child care' studies teacher, who also does cookery, to make me a choccy cake with giant choc buttons on it.
I mentioned it at the parents evening, and we had a good laugh about it, as I thought she was appreciating the banter, you know, to lighten up these dark depressing GCSE days a bit.
Mini Moose asked her 2 weeks ago and she just laughed and made some friendlycomments about her nutty dad.
All light hearted stuff to ease the burden.

Mini Moose had her MOCK GCSE child care paper this week, and she flew though it, top of her group etc.
Sitting there bored, she wrote at the bottom, "please Miss E., my dad is still waiting for his cake, and he's coming to get you if you don't get it cooked pronto...or something similar to that.

She apparently looked at it and totally lost her cool, ranting and hollering at her. She said she was that angry that she was going to report her and take it to the Head'.
30 minutes later she came back and said that sh'ed reconsidered and hadn't done so, but hope that the threat had made her think and sweat.
"If it had been the real GCSE paper it would have been cancelled and void".....OBVIOUSLY, and WE know that you miserable bloody humourless cow.

The immense pressure on her has now increased, and the once friendly atmosphere in class  has now completely evaporated.
I feel guilty because of all this and want to speak to her, but as said, I've been TOLD by the Mooses to keep well away.

We all know (and MM does too) that she shouldn't have written the friendly comment on her mock paper, but please, come on, what the hell is so so wrong with what she did to cause such a furore? Shrugs:
