Sorry to hear of your woes Miss D, I wish I could offer some practical advice. But have a virtual hug anyway happy100

However, this may sound trite but maybe you could stop thinking of her as the 'Brat' and come up with a more positive pseudonym. It could help.

Yes that'll be it because I have no genuine right to feel angry other than it being some minor internal workings that make me an unreasonable and psychotic and I should just learn to be walked all over and accept my role in life as a doormat
