It's perfectly normal Mr G . I always worry about those siblings that are only ever nice and adoring to each other. Very weird and sinister that is  noooo:

Deffo something wrong with these two.  scared2:

My children got on fairly well most of the time the two eldest were very close to each other, the two eldest were close to the youngest.  Child number three is a tad weird and tends to be up her own arse and very pompous so she was the one that lost out most of the time and knowing her as I do I am not surprised.
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

T'lad doesn't want his sister there but doesn't want to tell her so ~ perfectly normal in my experience. She could apply in her own right of course.

Hmmmm ....  rubschin:

Sibling rivalry?   My two nephews can be like this and I think back even further   redface:  I wanted nothing much to do with my younger sister  cry:

It makes me so sad to see just how nasty these two can be towards each other, and as they get older they seem to drifting further apart. cry:

Brother Wench and I hated each other. Physical fights, taunts really really nasty. It has taken an awful long time but now we are really close. I left home and things improved and things got better from there. So there is hope I promise.

Tbh I can't blame Growler Jnr for not wanting his sister to be at his place of work. He has his own identity there, his freedom friends etc without his little sister coming along , teasing him, telling tales and causing him distress.

Would you like Mrs G to come to work with you ???

Just how can you assume that whem you don't know either of them?

For your info, MM would most definately NOT tease him or tell tales at work.
They would simply smile politely and say hello to each other in a working environment.
I know what they are like.
Besides, I consider and expect them both grown up enough OUTSIDE the house to behave in a responsible and caring well mannered and polite manner towards everyone, including between themselves.

It's all irrelevant now anyway, as I rang on his behalf today, just in case he 'forgot again'.
He did however, 'remember'.

We both got the same answer.
"unfortunately due to the recession having an adverse effect on the number of visitirs through the turnstiles, Growler jnr's vacant post will not be being advertised for filling in the forseeable future"

So does mine.

They actually seem to see it as an easy option, long holidays etc and of course they are convinced they will be soooooo much better than the teachers they have to endure.

Actually The THW threw other reasons into the equation (a word she cannot spell let alone define) and that is "Teaching is well paid (Starting salary around £21,000 these days and rising) AND when I have children I can drop out of the career and pick it up again when I'm ready unlike a lot of careers"

rubschin: There is not much I can say against that logic as it is true.

The Brat has said she wouldn't want to teach secondary school though as they are rude and obnoxious and she would no doubt end up smacking them one ....... shutup: shutup: shutup:

Unpleasant as it may seem to you and I ..... there is, her mother assures me, a queue.

Some days round here I am tempted to get the garden hose out ~ with all these louts hanging over the gate.

It's worse than having a bitch in heat in the house.
