I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

Shiny side OUTside the produce being cooked, unless being cooked by Nick, in which case burnt/incinerated/exploded etc etc, with the shiny side facing INwards of course. ::)

Tell Nick that foil is safe in the microwave that should afford us some entertainment.

As to which way round ~ when I learned to cook I was taught that shiny side in or out makes no difference to the cooking process but the matt side will not stick to the meat whereas the shiny side will so I cook shiny side out.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
