I remember having an almighty barney with my eldest lad when he was 13 back in '87, insisting on a pair of 'Black Knight' pumps.
75 bloody snotters...seventy bloody FIVE! eeek:

His mother caved in and bought them without any contribution from me whatsoever.

They lasted 3 months before being binned in tatters. ::)

There is a mahoosive shoe shop in Pafos (Miss D knows it)... they sell cheap Chinese imports... presumably from the same sweat shops that make Nike and stuff... I buy my trainers from there and throw them away when they are dirty...
