The biggest risk generally to us when visiting people is going uninformed into the homes of those with mental health issues.  However as Social Services refuse to share such information no one else in the authority is informed. I have had a couple of really scary situations because of this  evil:

Now though we are also expected to be 'eyes and ears'  ::)

I notice the BBC has taken to announcing that on current anit-terror laws, we have a "Gap in our Armoury"    Banghead evil:

Should it not be a "Gap in our Armour"?

I suppose PC considerations make them use "Gap" instead of "Chink"  ::)
