I am not a Steve Jobs fan but the I-pad is great (using it now in L.A. To send complaints about Icelandic ash delaying my flight bcd to lovely Cyprus!). It,s not a lap top but great for the intermong/music/books and stuff for us young people on the go. :-).

My Brother in Law and his lady are also marooned in LA.
He was over there on business and took his lady along for "a bit of a holiday".

Presumably his company are paying his extended bills but ............  whistle:
